About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious about what it’s like to be the friendly voice behind a leading Dubai medical center? Here’s your chance to find out. We’re looking for both male and female customer service, telesales, and call center professionals ready to make a real impact in BurJuman. If you have a knack for connecting with people — whether it’s answering questions, assisting patients, or guiding them through their options — this could be the perfect fit, especially if you’re excited to join a team that values growth and learning. And yes, you don’t need to be an expert just yet: we’ll train you.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of BurJuman, our medical center isn’t just another healthcare provider — we’re a close-knit team that believes every patient deserves patience, empathy, and clarity. Our staff come from all over the world, bringing diverse backgrounds, languages, and a sense of community (you’ll quickly learn that sharing coffee breaks is practically a team sport here). We’re growing fast, but we haven’t lost our personal touch — whether it’s celebrating birthdays together or lending a hand when a colleague needs support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to inbound calls from patients and clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on appointments or introduce our medical services (no cold-calling in the dark — you’ll have guidance and training)
  • Listening closely to concerns, providing information, and helping resolve any issues or queries
  • Recording information accurately in our system — attention to detail matters here
  • Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and admin staff to ensure smooth patient experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions to keep your skills sharp and your approach fresh
  • Sharing feedback with your team lead to improve our processes and patient care

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A friendly, clear speaking voice — you’ll be on the phone most of the day
  • Willingness to learn (no prior experience? No problem — our free training has you covered)
  • Professional attitude and respect for patient privacy
  • Basic computer literacy (you’ll pick up our systems quickly, promise)
  • Ability to work well with a diverse team
  • Comfort working in shifts, if needed

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous call center or customer service experience
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, or other languages are a plus)
  • A sense of humor and patience — both go a long way on busy days

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary (AED 3,000–4,500) plus commissions
  • Free accommodation, housing, and transportation provided by the center
  • Annual leave so you can recharge and come back refreshed
  • All nationalities welcome — we value diversity and inclusion
  • Supportive, multicultural team where you’ll find mentorship and camaraderie
  • Ongoing free training to help you grow from day one
  • Prime location in BurJuman, with easy access to shops and public transport

You’ll join a warm, energetic group that’s passionate about making healthcare more accessible — and about helping each other succeed. If you’re ready to start a rewarding journey in Dubai’s thriving medical sector, this just might be your next big step.
