What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

  • Greeting customers with genuine warmth, learning about their preferences, and guiding them to their perfect scent match.
  • Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge—don’t worry, we’ll help you become a true fragrance expert.
  • Processing sales with care and accuracy, ensuring every customer leaves happy.
  • Maintaining a pristine store environment, from dusting display bottles to stocking shelves.
  • Handling customer queries, feedback, and occasional exchanges with patience and professionalism.
  • For Sales Supervisor:
    • Leading by example on the shop floor, inspiring and coaching team members.
    • Managing daily sales targets, and finding creative ways to boost performance.
    • Coordinating schedules and assisting with onboarding new staff.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • Currently residing in the UAE (we’re looking for immediate joiners).
  • Previous retail or sales experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, or a related sector.
  • Friendly communication skills—you love meeting new people and making them feel at ease.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
  • For Supervisor role: prior experience managing or mentoring a small team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Passion for fragrances or luxury products.
  • Comfortable with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Multilingual abilities—Arabic, English, or any additional languages are a big plus.
