What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers (in person or over the phone) with warmth and a ready-to-help attitude
- Listening carefully to customer queries, providing clear information, and resolving issues to ensure each interaction is a positive one
- Handling incoming calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism—even on those extra-busy days
- Coordinating appointments, updating records, and ensuring the reception area stays organized and welcoming
- Supporting teammates with daily tasks and pitching in wherever you’re needed
- Learning about our products and services to confidently answer questions or guide people to the right solutions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good spoken and written English; knowing other languages is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone or call center systems
- Friendly, patient, and approachable personality—a team player at heart
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or as a receptionist
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
- Currently on visit visa, cancelled visa, or own visa—freshers welcome!
