What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers with a positive, solutions-focused attitude—whether in person, on the phone, or online
- Answering customer queries clearly and efficiently, making complicated processes sound easy
- Handling customer records and transactions using basic computer skills (Excel, emails, and the like)
- Recording feedback and escalating issues to the relevant team when needed—no one expects you to have all the answers
