About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Let’s be honest—first impressions matter, and sometimes you’re the very first friendly voice on the line or welcoming face at the front desk. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and making someone’s day a little better (sometimes all before your first coffee!), keep reading. We’re looking for energetic Customer Service pros, organized Receptionists, and confident Call Center Agents, right here in the heart of Al Karama, Dubai. With immediate joining and real opportunities to shine, this isn’t just another “front desk” gig—it’s a chance to be the face and voice of a company that values your skills.
About the Company
Our recruitment agency wears a lot of hats (not literally, though we wouldn’t say no to a Friday hat day). We’re a busy, close-knit team who truly enjoy bringing together the right people and the right opportunities. Whether it’s our collaborative meetings or laughter over shared lunches, you’ll find we take our business seriously—just not ourselves. Growth is part of our story, and with the constant flow of candidates and clients, things never get dull. Most importantly, we know that everyone here—whether answering calls or greeting guests—plays a vital role in shaping our reputation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome visitors and candidates with authentic warmth, ensuring each guest feels comfortable and attended to from the moment they walk in.
- Handle incoming phone calls—think quick problem-solving, providing clear information, or routing inquiries to the right team member.
- Manage appointment scheduling for interviews and meetings, sometimes juggling more than one calendar (bonus points if you like color-coding).
- Assist with daily office administration, including paperwork, simple data entry, and maintaining an organized reception area.
- Support the recruitment team by following up with candidates, collecting documents, and helping everyone stay on track.
- Troubleshoot common questions—from “Where’s the coffee machine?” to “What’s the application process?”—with patience and accuracy.
- Represent the company’s values through positive, professional communication—whether face-to-face or over the phone.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or call center roles—you know the drill and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages? That’s a plus!).
- Confidence handling a variety of tasks and the occasional busy reception area.
- A friendly, approachable attitude—because you set the tone for everyone who connects with us.
- Currently inside the UAE and available for immediate joining.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Comfort with basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience working in a multicultural team or environment.
- Additional languages, especially major ones spoken in Dubai.
- A knack for keeping calm—even during the busiest moments.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary range of AED 2500–4000—plus a few things that make daily life easier.
- Free visa, company-provided accommodation, and medical insurance (we know stability matters).
- Work with a truly diverse team—any nationality welcome, as long as you’re here in the UAE.
- Opportunity to grow within a thriving recruitment environment.
- Supportive leadership that’s invested in your personal and professional development.
- Lunch breaks where laughter is just as common as job offers.
- The chance to sharpen your people skills every single day.
We aim to make work feel a little more human, and a lot more rewarding—whether you’re helping a candidate find their dream job or making sure the office runs smoothly. Sound like a fit? We can’t wait to get to know you.
