What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email (you’ll become a multitasking pro).
  • Answering calls and messages promptly, always with a patient, helpful tone.
  • Listening to customer concerns, resolving complaints, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborating with your team and sharing feedback to improve overall service.
  • Learning the ropes of our internal systems — just enough tech to keep things humming smoothly.

What You’ll Bring
