What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcome and assist customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle inquiries with patience, making sure all questions are answered clearly and accurately.
- Resolve small snags and bigger challenges—sometimes all in the same conversation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep customer records up to date and manage paperwork efficiently.
- Provide feedback to your team lead if you spot trends or recurring issues.
- Occasionally support with basic admin or support tasks to keep the operation flowing.
