About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found satisfaction in organizing chaos, making sure every detail is exactly where it belongs? If so, our Data Entry Clerk role in lively Bur Dubai might just be your next career move. We're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, values reliability, and finds joy in keeping the gears of a busy office turning. In this fast-moving market, your attention to data isn’t just supporting the administrative team—it’s the backbone for decision-making and daily operations.
About the Company
We’re a recruitment company that believes there’s more to work than just ticking off boxes on a to-do list. Our Dubai office hums with energy—the kind that comes from tackling real business challenges with real teamwork. Fridays are for sharing wins (big or small), and no one skips out on the office chai break. We’re growing quickly, which means there’s always room for fresh ideas and new faces at the table. Here, your voice won’t get lost in the shuffle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter and update data accurately into our databases and spreadsheets—details matter here.
- Regularly verify information for correctness, catching inconsistencies before they become big issues.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date physical and digital records, making them easy to retrieve.
- Support the admin team with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents—yes, the “little things” that keep us running smoothly.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and spot any ways we can work smarter, not harder.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Sharp attention to detail—even minor errors bother you.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, database entry, email); you don’t get flustered by a spreadsheet.
- Good written and spoken English skills for clear communication.
- Comfort juggling several tasks at once, with the flexibility to handle sudden priorities.
- Reliability—when you say you’ll get something done, you mean it.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in data entry or an administrative environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (scanners, photocopiers, etc.).
- Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) is a plus.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Residency sponsorship for two years—let’s grow together.
- Comprehensive health insurance because your wellbeing matters to us.
- Company-provided accommodation and transportation—one less thing to worry about in Dubai.
- Competitive starting salary (AED3500 and up), paid on time, every month.
- A close-knit, multicultural team where you’ll actually get to know your coworkers.
- Room to learn new skills and grow within the company—we promote from within where possible.
We know what it’s like to start something new, so we work hard to make our office a place where everyone feels valued. Just a heads-up: our recruitment process does involve a job application fee. If you’re ready to bring order to the chaos (and enjoy a few laughs along the way), we’d love to meet you.
