What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising the electrical aspects of sites, ensuring installations and tasks are executed to plan and standard
- Preparing detailed technical reports, load schedules, and bespoke drawings—clarity and accuracy are a must
- Liaising closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, acting as the communicative bridge for smooth project flow
- Ensuring every step aligns with UAE electrical safety codes and standards—compliance is your non-negotiable
- Attending project meetings and site inspections to solve issues and keep execution on-track
- Proactively identifying potential challenges and working together with the team to resolve them
- Keeping documentation neat for all electrical work, from inception to project delivery
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in electrical site supervision or execution (2+ years in the UAE preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE codes, DEWA regulations, and local authority approvals
- Strong command of technical report writing, load scheduling, and drawing preparation
- Clear communication and collaboration skills—whether it’s speaking up in a meeting or emailing suppliers
- Detail-oriented approach with a knack for troubleshooting on-site issues
Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency with CAD or similar drafting/design software
- UAE driving license
- Experience with fast-track projects or fit-out jobs
