What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day electrical works at high-rise building construction sites, ensuring full compliance with project drawings and safety codes
- Coordinating and guiding electricians and subcontractors with clear instructions, troubleshooting, and encouragement
- Inspecting installations, wiring, and equipment — catching issues early and making sure everything passes inspection the first time
- Reviewing work schedules to keep the electrical part of the project on track and minimizing downtime
- Liaising with other site foremen, engineers, and project managers to resolve challenges and synchronize workflows
- Keeping meticulous records of materials, completed work, and team attendance — detail matters here
- Ensuring strict adherence to Dubai’s local regulations and safety standards at every stage of the job
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2.3 years of hands-on experience in electrical supervision for high-rise or large-scale construction projects
- Solid understanding of electrical drawings, building codes, and Dubai regulations
- Proven leadership skills — you know how to direct, motivate, and bring out the best in your team
- A knack for troubleshooting and quick problem-solving on bustling job sites
- Strong organizational habits (you don’t let deadlines or documentation slip through the cracks)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Technical diplomas, trade certifications, or any specialized safety training
- Previous experience delivering work within tight UAE timelines
- Basic spoken and written English or Arabic communication skills
