What You’ll Be Doing
- Tackling day-to-day jobs at a variety of residential and commercial sites across Sharjah and Dubai
- Collaborating with other skilled workers—sometimes you’ll be the solo expert, other times you’ll be part of a tight-knit crew
- Reading specs, blueprints, or following supervisor instructions to get each task done right, safely and on time
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise—whether that’s a tricky wiring job, a plumbing leak, or making sure a paint finish looks flawless
- Maintaining your tools and workspace, and helping keep job sites tidy and organized
- Communicating clearly if an issue pops up—no one’s expected to have all the answers, but we do value being upfront
- Bringing a positive attitude and flexibility—occasional schedule changes are all part of the job
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience in your trade (Electrician, Carpenter, Plumber, Mason, or Painter)
- Currently inside the UAE and ready to join on short notice
- Willingness to work within team settings and independently
- Ability to follow instructions and commitment to safe work standards
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic English, Hindi, or Arabic communication skills
- Previous experience working with diverse teams or expat workforces
