What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting and working from technical blueprints to install electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical malfunctions—sometimes it’s a quick fix, sometimes it’s a puzzle.
- Inspecting electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switches to ensure they’re up to code and safe.
- Collaborating with property managers, contractors, and fellow team members to plan and execute installations or upgrades.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Adhering strictly to Dubai’s safety regulations and company protocols—your well-being and our clients’ safety come first.
- Occasionally mentoring junior electricians or apprentices (if you like sharing what you know).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Technology from a recognized technical college.
- Solid hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing both simple and complex electrical systems.
- Ability to read and work from technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and steady hands under pressure.
- Familiarity with UAE safety codes and best practices.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in Dubai or the broader UAE market.
- Knowledge of smart home automation systems or energy-efficient technology.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Comfortable communicating with clients in English (and bonus points for Arabic or other languages).
