What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to property developers, building managers, and contractors across Abu Dhabi to introduce and recommend our range of elevator solutions
  • Nurturing existing client relationships while scouting for new business opportunities in commercial and residential sectors
  • Preparing and presenting tailored proposals that address client requirements—think real, practical solutions, not cookie-cutter answers
  • Coordinating demonstrations and site visits, often acting as the bridge between technical staff and prospective customers
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market developments (yes, your insights will directly shape our sales strategy)
  • Following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals with professionalism and follow-through

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 4 years of proven sales experience, specifically in the elevator/lift sector—your network and technical understanding will speak for themselves
  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline—your street smarts and experience matter just as much!)
  • Valid UAE driving license and ownership of a private car (you’ll need to be mobile and ready to roll)
  • Current UAE freelance (residence) visa is essential
  • Solid communication skills—in English and ideally some Arabic—plus a real knack for listening and understanding client needs
  • Self-motivation, independence, and a customer-first mindset
