About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for your next challenge in elevator sales? Here’s a chance to put your industry know-how to work with a company that values initiative, drive, and real-world sales expertise. As our next Outdoor Sales Representative, you’ll be covering the heart of Abu Dhabi—Electra Street and beyond—connecting with clients who look to us for reliable, innovative elevator solutions tailored to UAE living. If you like the freedom of fieldwork, making genuine connections, and bringing high-quality products to the people and businesses who need them, this is your invitation to shine.
About the Company
We’re a niche specialist in elevator technologies with a steady track record of successful projects throughout the Emirates. Our team is friendly, close-knit, and serious about making urban life smoother—one lift at a time. Here, you won’t find rigid hierarchies or red tape; instead, you’ll collaborate with hands-on engineers, resourceful project managers, and a leadership team that truly listens. Have a knack for creative pitches or a favorite client success story? Bring it up at our Tuesday morning huddles—everyone’s input is valued.

- Preparing and presenting tailored proposals that address client requirements—think real, practical solutions, not cookie-cutter answers
- Coordinating demonstrations and site visits, often acting as the bridge between technical staff and prospective customers
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market developments (yes, your insights will directly shape our sales strategy)
- Following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals with professionalism and follow-through
What You’ll Bring
- At least 4 years of proven sales experience, specifically in the elevator/lift sector—your network and technical understanding will speak for themselves
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline—your street smarts and experience matter just as much!)
- Valid UAE driving license and ownership of a private car (you’ll need to be mobile and ready to roll)
- Current UAE freelance (residence) visa is essential
- Solid communication skills—in English and ideally some Arabic—plus a real knack for listening and understanding client needs
- Self-motivation, independence, and a customer-first mindset
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Performance-based commission and incentives that reward your hustle, not just your hours spent
- Flexible working style: your day is in your hands, as long as your clients are happy and targets are met
- Autonomy and trust—we hire experts for a reason, and micromanagement just isn’t our style
- A team that loves to share leads, swap field tips, and celebrate wins (big or small)
- Get out from behind the desk and experience the city—your “office” is the dynamic Abu Dhabi property market
- Regular training updates: stay sharp on the latest elevator technologies and sales techniques
Your impact is immediate, meaningful, and visible—make your mark in a company that’s growing right alongside Abu Dhabi’s skyline.
