Here, you’ll find a closely-knit, multicultural team where problem-solving is part of the daily routine and sharing knowledge is more than just encouraged — it’s celebrated. They’re well-established, but still nimble enough to reward initiative and creativity. Expect open conversations with leadership, support for your professional goals, and a genuine sense of camaraderie (for example: project milestone lunches are pretty much a tradition).
What You’ll Be Doing

- Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers to drive projects forward efficiently and safely.
- Conducting thorough site inspections, quality checks, and resolving technical issues — sometimes at a moment’s notice.
- Preparing, reviewing, and interpreting technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Staying current with industry standards and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and best practices.
- Communicating project updates and technical details clearly, both to your team and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying improvements in workflows or site processes — your voice matters here.
What You’ll Bring

- Degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid technical foundation with hands-on knowledge in your specialty.
- Comfortable communicating clearly (in English, and other languages a bonus), especially when under pressure.
- A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset — things don’t always go as planned, but you thrive on finding solutions.
- Relevant UAE or Gulf experience preferred, but strong candidates from elsewhere are welcome.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar engineering software.
- Familiarity with local building codes and industry trends in the UAE.
- Prior work in multidisciplinary environments.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

- Visa sponsorship provided, making your transition smooth and stress-free.
- Paid leave, so you can recharge or travel without worry.
