What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces for epoxy flooring installations, including cleaning, grinding, and priming
- Mixing and applying epoxy coatings and waterproofing materials with accuracy and attention to detail
- Following project specifications to ensure a high-quality, durable finish on every job
- Identifying and repairing cracks or imperfections before application
- Collaborating with the team to move materials and set up job sites efficiently
- Maintaining tools and equipment, keeping everything in top working condition
- Communicating with supervisors to report progress, challenges, or material needs
- Adhering to all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your teammates
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous, hands-on experience with epoxy flooring and/or waterproofing systems
