About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever found yourself thriving at the center of the action, keeping a busy office running like clockwork? We're seeking an Admin Executive to join our energetic Dubai - Barsha corporate office, and you might be exactly who we're looking for. In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our daily operations—ensuring everything behind the scenes works seamlessly so our teams can excel. If you appreciate the satisfaction of being the “go-to” person and want to make a genuine impact, this is an opportunity worth considering—especially with our immediate need for someone who can hit the ground running.
About the Company
Our Dubai headquarters might look sleek and corporate, but inside, you'll find a team that supports each other and genuinely enjoys collaborating (office coffee runs sometimes turn into impromptu brainstorms!). While we work hard to maintain high standards across every department, we also believe in nurturing a transparent, friendly environment where everyone understands their role in the bigger picture. We're growing, and our doors are open to fresh perspectives and proactive problem-solvers—like you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day administrative flow of the office, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail.
- Handling office correspondence—including emails, official letters, and internal communications—so information always lands in the right hands.
- Preparing reports and presentations based on management requirements; accuracy and clarity are key here.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and records (think contracts, filing systems, approvals), with an eye for organization.
- Coordinating schedules and meetings—sometimes across multiple departments—so everyone stays in sync.
- Supporting management with daily operational needs, from travel bookings to event planning and everything in between.
- Liaising with staff, vendors, and visitors, representing the company with professionalism.
- Troubleshooting small obstacles before they become real “issues”—you’ll be the one everyone turns to when things get busy.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills and a natural knack for multitasking.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a comfort with office technology.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a friendly, solution-focused attitude.
- Available—on-site—in Dubai Barsha immediately, or within a very short notice period.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with multi-department teams or in a multicultural office.
- Familiarity with local administrative procedures or legal documentation in the UAE.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Two years' residency visa sponsorship—we take care of the paperwork, so you can focus on your work.
- Competitive salary and performance-based growth opportunities.
- Supportive, inclusive team culture where collaboration and new ideas are genuinely welcomed.
- Well-located office accessible by public transport, featuring modern workspaces (bonus: great coffee on tap and lunch spots nearby).
- Opportunities to grow your professional skills—no two days here are the same, and your ideas will be noticed.
Most of all, you'll join a workplace that values people, not just job titles. If you want to build your admin career with a team that values reliability, initiative, and integrity, we can’t wait to meet you.
