About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself thriving in the heart of the UAE’s dynamic real estate market? This opportunity could be your next big career move. We’re looking for personable, sharp, and motivated female sales representatives who have a genuine passion for connecting people with places they’ll love to call home. If you value professionalism, know your way around the Dubai property scene, and want to be part of a reputable Emirati-led team, you might just fit right in.

About the Company

We’re not your average real estate company — we like to think of ourselves as a bridge between dreamers and doers. Emirati-managed and firmly rooted in the UAE, we combine local expertise with global standards. Our team shares a genuine camaraderie (ask us about our infamous coffee mornings and quarterly celebration lunches). Each day here is a blend of smart hustle, mutual encouragement, and a commitment to service that’s earned us loyal clients year after year.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing client relationships from first contact through to closing (and often beyond)
  • Presenting properties in their best light, whether via virtual tours or in-person showings — your professional appearance makes a difference
  • Listening closely to client needs, offering honest advice, and sometimes playing matchmaker to connect the right property with the right buyer
  • Negotiating deals that make everyone walk away happy — yes, even the tough ones
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, listings, and pricing, especially in UAE property hotspots
  • Using computer applications to manage contacts, update listings, and keep your deals organized
  • Collaborating with a welcoming team that’s always happy to swap tips or celebrate a big win

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • A polite, presentable, and professional manner — first impressions count in our business!
  • Confident, engaging communication and the natural ability to persuade without pressure
  • Good computer skills; you know your way around common applications and aren’t afraid to learn new tools
  • Enthusiasm for real estate and helping clients find the perfect fit

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in UAE real estate sales (if you’ve closed deals here, you’ll hit the ground running)
  • Multilingual abilities or local connections — not a must, but certainly welcome

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Growth-Oriented Culture: We invest in our team’s success, with regular training and mentorship
  • Supportive Environment: No lone wolves here — we celebrate achievements together and help each other brainstorm solutions
  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive base plus commission structure that rewards both hard work and smart work
  • Flexibility: Hybrid work is on the table, after your onboarding period
  • Vibrant Team Spirit: Think birthday celebrations, shared lunches, and a calendar full of team-building events
  • Prime Office Location: Easy to reach and right where the action is

Here, you’ll find more than just a job — you’ll discover a lively, inclusive team and endless potential to grow within the fast-paced world of UAE real estate.

  • We serve clients from many backgrounds, often in multiple languages. What strengths do you bring in cross-cultural communication or local network building?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 4,000–7,000 AED per month as a base salary for an entry- to mid-level real estate sales representative role in Dubai, with the potential to earn significant additional commission based on your sales performance. Similar roles in reputable real estate firms in the UAE often offer a competitive base plus commission structure, so your total monthly income could be considerably higher if you excel at closing deals. It's always a good idea to clarify the commission plan during your interview to understand your full earning potential.
