What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors with genuine warmth, making everyone feel welcomed and valued right from their first step inside
- Answer and direct phone calls with efficiency and courtesy, making sure no inquiry goes unattended
- Manage appointment bookings and guest sign-ins using basic computer tools — don’t worry, we provide guidance
- Maintain a neat, professional reception area, because first impressions count (and we love a tidy desk!)
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring nothing gets missed
