About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself thriving in the organized chaos of a busy job site—where every day brings a new challenge to solve and a team that relies on your steady leadership? If you’re a seasoned Foreman who takes pride in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality work, this might just be the role for you. We’re searching for someone who can bring structure, motivation, and a strong safety mindset to our projects, ensuring that every milestone is achieved without losing sight of the details that really matter.
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit construction crew that believes building something great takes more than just blueprints and hard hats—it’s about collaboration, communication, and trust. Our leadership is hands-on, and while we work hard to hit deadlines and exceed client expectations, we never cut corners on safety or quality. Friday BBQs are an unspoken tradition, and it’s not uncommon to find folks sharing laughs (and advice) long after the official workday wraps up. We’re growing, but our family spirit is here to stay.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading by example: supervise and support a diverse team of tradespeople, making sure everyone’s clear on their roles for the day.
- Taking ownership of daily site operations, adjusting schedules and allocating resources as real-world needs change.
- Keeping a constant eye on safety—enforcing regulations and proactively addressing any risks to protect crew and property.
- Monitoring progress, solving problems, and reporting meaningful updates to site management (no sugar-coating, just facts).
- Coordinating deliveries, subcontractors, and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Troubleshooting issues on the spot, whether it’s a misread drawing, a missing tool, or a new protocol to explain.
- Supporting new team members with training and mentoring—because everyone remembers what it’s like to be the rookie.
