What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting a variety of construction and maintenance projects in Al Quoz — no two days are quite the same.
- Applying your trade skills: whether that means precise pipe installations as a plumber, forming sturdy structures as a mason, or assembling steel frameworks as a steel fixer.
- Assisting senior tradespeople and learning on the job if you’re applying as a helper or general laborer.
- Reading plans, following site instructions, and always keeping safety top of mind.
- Collaborating closely with a diverse team — your colleagues could hail from anywhere, and that’s part of the fun.
- Pitching in with overtime when the project heats up (and seeing that reflected in your pay).

What You’ll Bring
