What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing gypsum boards (drywall) for walls, ceilings, and partitions—precisely and efficiently.
- Cutting boards to fit unusual spaces—no two days (or rooms) are exactly the same.
- Framing and fixing metal or wooden studs as needed for support structures.
- Finishing joints, taping, and smoothing for a neat, paint-ready surface.
- Reading and following basic construction drawings or supervisor instructions.
- Collaborating with teammates on each site to keep things moving smoothly and safely.
- Keeping your work area tidy at the end of each shift—every detail matters.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1–2 years’ experience with gypsum board installation or related carpentry.
- Good skills with hand and power tools (measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing boards).
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when you’re unsure.
- Basic communication in Hindi or English is helpful—but willingness to listen and learn matters most.
- Willingness to start work directly and adapt to new sites or team members quickly.
