About the Company
We’re a well-established construction company with deep roots in Dubai’s development landscape. Our team is a lively mix of experienced mentors and energetic go-getters who don’t shy away from a hard day’s work. What sets us apart? We value reliability, look out for each other, and take genuine pride in every building we help bring to life. Weekly safety briefings and shared lunches are part of our rhythm—because we know progress doesn’t happen alone.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance to keep machinery in top condition (no one knows your equipment quite like you do)
- Follow site supervisors’ instructions to support timely project completion and safe operations
- Move materials, clear debris, and help with groundwork as needed; sometimes, it’s all hands (and machines) on deck
- Keep accurate logs of work performed, maintenance, and any incidents—detailed records make the site safer for everyone
- Assist colleagues with equipment setup or troubleshooting; quick thinking is always valued here
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the UAE construction sector
- Familiarity with a range of heavy machinery—and a commitment to safe operating practices
- Valid UAE residency and currently based within the UAE
- Ability to join immediately (no long notice periods, please)
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability (we know the work is demanding, but you’re the kind who shows up ready)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED4000 – 6000, paid on time, every time
- Company-provided housing and transportation—so you can focus on the work at hand, not the commute
- Full visa and insurance coverage for peace of mind
- Be part of a close-knit crew that genuinely supports each other (your safety and well-being come first)
- Work on ambitious projects that shape Dubai’s skyline—and your skills
- Opportunities for training and advancement as the company grows
