About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the heart of Dubai’s vibrant hospitality scene? Here’s your chance. We’re looking for enthusiastic Waiters, Waitresses, Hosts, Hostesses, and Room Service Attendants to join our team right in the bustling center of Downtown Dubai. If you thrive on delivering memorable service, enjoy fast-paced environments, and want a role where no two days are the same, you’ll fit right in. Plus, with some of Dubai’s most iconic hotels and restaurants as your backdrop, you’ll be part of the excitement every day.

About the Company

Picture a workplace where team energy is as important as guest satisfaction. That’s us. As a leading hospitality recruitment partner in Dubai, we connect dynamic talent with some of the city’s most sought-after venues. Our team comes from all over the world, but we share a few key values: genuine service, a dash of ambition, and a willingness to roll up our sleeves (figuratively and sometimes literally). You’ll find managers who remember your birthday, colleagues who celebrate small wins, and a support system designed to help you grow — whether you’re new to Dubai or a seasoned pro.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests with a warm smile and making them feel right at home (even if they’re thousands of miles away from theirs)
  • Taking orders, answering menu questions, and making thoughtful suggestions to enhance the dining experience
  • Delivering food and beverages efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
  • Setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a spotless and inviting environment at all times
  • For Room Service Attendants: delivering orders to guest rooms promptly, maintaining professionalism and discretion
  • For Hosts/Hostesses: managing reservations, seating guests, and keeping the flow of the dining room running smoothly
  • Communicating guest feedback and special requests to the kitchen or management team
  • Lending a hand to teammates when it gets busy — because that’s how we all succeed

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality roles (even better if it’s in a fast-paced setting)
  • Basic English communication skills and the confidence to interact with guests from all over the world
  • A genuinely friendly, approachable personality and a knack for making people feel special
  • Good communication skills, both with guests and your fellow team members
  • Willingness to join immediately (we’re ready when you are!)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary (AED 3000–4000, based on your experience)
  • Company-sponsored visa so you can settle in with peace of mind
  • Comfortable staff accommodation provided, so you’re never far from work (or the action)
  • Meals during your shifts — no need to worry about lunch plans
  • SIM card included to help you stay connected from day one
  • Paid annual leave — because everyone deserves a break
  • Work with a supportive, multicultural team that knows how to have fun and get the job done
  • Opportunities to grow your career in Dubai’s thriving hospitality sector

We know moving to a new job (or even a new country) is a big step. That’s why we offer practical support every step of the way and welcome positive, motivated people who want to make a difference. If you’re ready for your next adventure in hospitality, we can’t wait to meet you.
