What You’ll Be Doing
For Chefs & Commis Chefs
- Craft dishes that delight both the palate and the eye—always using the freshest ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen teammates during peak hours, lending creativity and speed where needed.
- Keep the kitchen space spotlessly clean and organized, because we all know how a tidy station can turn chaos into calm.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and special events (your signature dish could be next week’s highlight!).
- Support junior colleagues and learn from senior chefs—growth goes both ways here.
For Waiter/Waitress
- Deliver exceptional (and genuine) service to guests, anticipating needs before they even ask.
- Suggest dishes and pairings like a seasoned insider—because personal recommendations go a long way.
- Manage orders with accuracy, balancing multiple tables with ease and professionalism.
- Work hand-in-hand with kitchen and bar staff to keep things running smoothly.

For Baristas
