About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself in the lively heart of Dubai’s hospitality scene? We’re hiring across a range of hotel roles at a vibrant 4-star property in Barsha—and the timing couldn’t be better. With tourism in full swing and guests expecting next-level service, these opportunities aren’t just jobs; they’re stepping stones for building your future in hospitality. Whether you’re a culinary whizz, a front-desk dynamo, or simply someone who finds joy in making people feel at home, this is where your next chapter could unfold.

About the Company

Our hotel is more than just a place to sleep—it’s a living, breathing hub where cultures meet, and hospitality takes on a warm, personal touch. We’re proud of our welcoming team (with staff hailing from all corners of the globe), our buzzing Friday team breakfasts, and the way we celebrate even the smallest wins together. Growth is in our DNA, and as Dubai continues to boom, so do we. Here, you’ll join a team that truly values individuality, initiative, and friendly faces—whether they’re welcoming guests at the lobby or making our kitchens run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on Your Role, Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Waiter/Waitress (F&B): Greeting guests warmly, serving meals, making menu recommendations, and ensuring every guest leaves smiling.
  • Housekeeping/Room Attendant: Keeping guest rooms pristine, replenishing amenities, and often going the extra mile to surprise guests with small gestures.
  • Kitchen Helper/Commis (I/II/III): Assisting chefs with prep, maintaining food safety standards, occasionally jumping in to help with creative plating.
  • Chef de Partie (Hot/Cold): Managing your own kitchen section, training juniors, and bringing consistent taste magic—hot or cold dishes, your call.
  • Front Desk Receptionist: Welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out smoothly, fielding questions, and acting as the hotel’s friendly know-it-all.
  • Barista/Bartender: Crafting coffees or cocktails with flair, chatting with guests at the counter, and keeping the atmosphere buzzing.
  • Steward/Dishwasher: Keeping the kitchen shining, dishes spotless, and supporting the back-of-house hustle.
  • Bell Attendant/Concierge: Assisting guests with luggage, sharing local tips, and making the first and last impression truly memorable.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A friendly, customer-oriented attitude (genuine smiles go a long way here)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays—hospitality never sleeps!
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a big plus
  • A team mindset—you thrive when everyone pulls together
  • A strong work ethic—someone guests and colleagues can rely on

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous hotel or restaurant experience (but fresh faces ready to learn are welcome too)
  • Specific skills for some roles; barista, culinary, or guest services experience
  • Familiarity with POS systems or housekeeping protocols

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Enthusiasm and a helpful spirit count for a lot in our world.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive Salary: AED 2,800 – 4,500 depending on your role and experience
  • Free Food: Delicious staff meals every shift—no lunchbox needed
  • Comprehensive Support: Company-provided visa and accommodation take the stress out of relocation
  • Immediate Start: We’re ready when you are—jump in and grow fast
  • Fun, Diverse Team: Celebrate international flavors and make friends from all over the world
  • Career Pathways: Training, mentorship, and genuine opportunities to move up if you’re ambitious
  • Energetic Environment: No two days are the same—be part of the action in a city that never sits still

At the end of the day, it’s not just about a paycheque; it’s about joining a hotel where your personality and commitment really matter. So if you’re eager to bring your energy (and maybe a few new ideas) to our team, we can’t wait to meet you.
