What You’ll Be Doing
- Chef / Commis Chef: Preparing delicious, beautifully-presented dishes in our busy kitchen; keeping consistency and hygiene as top priorities while collaborating with a skilled culinary crew.
- Waiter/Waitress: Welcoming guests, understanding their preferences, recommending menu items, and ensuring each meal feels special — all with a genuine, friendly touch.
- Barista: Creating espresso magic, perfecting latte art, and keeping the café ambiance upbeat and inviting (bonus points for remembering regulars’ favorite orders!).
- Bellboy: Assisting guests with luggage, providing a warm first impression, and sharing insider tips about the Marina.
- Concierge: Acting as our go-to problem solver, arranging transportation or experiences, and making sure every guest leaves with a story to tell.
- Reservation Agent: Managing booking requests by phone or email, juggling calendars, and handling guest queries with patience and professionalism.
What You’ll Bring

- Relevant experience for your chosen role—culinary/restaurant/hospitality backgrounds preferred.
- Strong communication skills, English proficiency, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Currently inside the UAE and ready for a full-time position.
- A genuine passion for guest service—whether that’s greeting someone by name or ensuring every coffee is just right.
- Positive energy and adaptability; every day is a little different here!
- Nice-to-Haves
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, French, or others are welcome!).
- Knowledge of Dubai’s hospitality scene or experience in an international setting.
