We’re searching for passionate team members to join us at Dubai Marina, where luxury isn’t just for our guests—it’s woven into the staff experience, too. Whether you bring culinary flair as a Chef, the attentive poise of a Concierge, or simply love connecting with people as a Barista or Waiter, there’s a place for you here. About the Company
Set alongside Dubai Marina’s glittering waters, our hotel and restaurant group is all about creating moments—both for guests, and for the people who serve them. Think early morning coffee rushes with an unbeatable view, team celebrations after a busy weekend, and day-to-day camaraderie that makes even long shifts feel lighter. We’re a melting pot of cultures, with a team that laughs together (impromptu friendly cook-offs aren’t unheard of in the kitchen!) and supports one another every step of the way.
