What You’ll Be Doing
Chef / Commis Chef
- Preparing and presenting delicious dishes that showcase both local and international flavors.
- Collaborating with kitchen teammates during peak service times and special events.
- Ensuring kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are (always) met.
Waiter / Waitress
- Greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience every time.
- Offering recommendations — you might just spark someone’s new favorite meal!
- Troubleshooting guest queries with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Barista
- Crafting coffees, teas, and specialty drinks that bring a smile with every sip.
- Keeping the café area welcoming and tidy, even during the morning rush.
- Suggesting pastries or snacks to complement every order.
Bellboy / Concierge
- Assisting guests with luggage, directions, and those little extras that go a long way.
- Sharing tips about local hot spots — you’re the unofficial guide to the city.
- Helping the front desk with arrivals and special requests.
Reservation Agent
- Handling booking inquiries via phone, email, and web with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and front-of-house teams for seamless check-ins.
- Resolving booking issues with patience and a can-do attitude.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in hospitality or related customer service roles (even a little goes a long way!)
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Positive attitude — you know how to keep spirits high, even on busy days
- Motivation to learn and collaborate with an international team
- Valid residency or visit status within the UAE (you must be inside the country)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Degree or certifications relevant to your position (culinary, barista, hospitality, etc.)
- Hands-on familiarity with POS or hotel management systems
- A knack for remembering returning guests’ preferences
