Our team is famously tight-knit (our Friday staff breakfasts have become a weekly tradition), and we celebrate wins big and small, from hitting guest satisfaction milestones to throwing fun themed evenings for our crew. We value energy, kindness, and the drive to create memorable moments — and as we grow, we want you to grow right alongside us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver warm, attentive service to guests at every table or counter — making each visit feel special, no matter the occasion.
- Create and serve great drinks or dishes: whether you’re behind the bar, at the coffee machine, or in the kitchen, bring passion to every pour or plate.
- Support your teammates (helping out during a rush, lending a hand to new colleagues, or cleaning as you go).
- Follow hygiene and safety standards— attention to detail here keeps everyone safe and happy.
- Communicate with a smile: taking orders, answering guest questions, or suggesting a dish that might just make someone’s day.
What You’ll Bring
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn — experience is great, but enthusiasm counts for a lot here.
- Good communication skills: comfortable chatting with guests from all backgrounds.
- Team-player spirit: ready to pitch in wherever needed.
- For waiters, captains, bartenders, baristas, and commis chefs: willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Currently inside the UAE — we’re hiring locally.
- If you’ve worked in hospitality before, that’s a plus, but freshers are welcome.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

- Visa provided — we handle the paperwork.
- Comfortable staff accommodation
- Transportation to and from work
- Annual leave (well-earned breaks to recharge)
