What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you might find yourself:

  • Chef Assistant: Prepping fresh ingredients, supporting talented chefs, and keeping the kitchen organized during the dinner rush.
  • Waiter/Waitress: Welcoming guests with a genuine smile, taking orders, and ensuring every table leaves happy.
  • Cashier: Handling payments, assisting guests with inquiries, and making sure every transaction is smooth and accurate.
  • Housekeeping: Making guest rooms sparkle, restocking amenities, and adding those thoughtful touches that make all the difference.
  • Kitchen Helper: Washing, chopping, and lending a hand wherever it’s needed — no two days are exactly alike.
  • Barista: Crafting perfect coffees, remembering regulars’ favorite brews, and keeping the café corner humming.
  • Bartender: Mixing classic cocktails, recommending signature drinks, and keeping bar conversations lively (but professional).
  • Cleaner: Maintaining spotless common areas, ensuring hygiene standards, and working as part of a close-knit team.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role (hospitality background a plus!)
  • Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside UAE cannot be considered, sorry)
  • Friendly attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous 4 or 5-star hotel experience
  • Additional languages — especially Arabic, Hindi, or Filipino
  • Barista or bartending certifications (for those roles)
  • A knack for customer service or a passion for food and beverage
