What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your day-to-day could include:
Pastry Chef:
- Designing and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for buffets and à la carte menus
- Experimenting with new recipes and seasonal flavors
- Maintaining a spotless, organized pastry kitchen and mentoring junior team members
Commis Chef:
- Assisting senior chefs with meal prep and cooking across different stations
- Learning classic and modern cooking techniques, and rotating through various kitchen sections
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always met
Waiter/Waitress:
- Welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving meals with a natural flair for hospitality
- Anticipating guest needs—sometimes before they even ask
- Handling feedback gracefully and ensuring every diner leaves with a smile
Bartender:
- Mixing classic and signature cocktails, and recommending drinks to match the mood
- Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and lively
- Engaging guests with your knowledge, creativity, and friendly conversation
Housekeeping Attendant:
- Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, comfortable, and inviting
- Attending to guest requests promptly (and with a genuine smile)
- Supporting your teammates to make sure every corner exceeds our high standards
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (required for application)
- A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Basic English communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar (but enthusiasm counts, too)
- Multilingual abilities
- Food safety or hospitality certifications
