About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about working in one of Dubai’s most vibrant neighborhoods, directly contributing to memorable guest experiences? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic staff to join our luxury hotel in Business Bay. From seasoned culinary hands to those who love the frontlines of hospitality, this is your chance to take your career to dazzling new heights — in a city (and property) that never sleeps.
About the Company
Imagine stepping through polished marble floors every morning, alongside a team that genuinely feels like family. Our luxury hotel isn’t just a place to stay — it’s where global travelers, business leaders, and creative minds gather. We thrive on attention to detail, take pride in our multicultural teams (seriously, our staff speaks over twelve languages between them), and never pass up a reason to celebrate a job well done. Our management believes in open-door policies, regular team lunches, and recognition for hard work. Want to grow with us? Many of our current supervisors started on the floor — we love to promote from within.

- Anticipate guest needs (sometimes before they even ask!) and recommend dishes that make their stay unforgettable.
- Collaborate at team briefings and support your colleagues during peak hours.
- Room Attendant:
- Transform guest rooms into pristine retreats, making beds with crisp linens and ensuring every detail sparkles.
- Respond quickly to special requests — from extra pillows to last-minute turndowns.

- Bell Boy:
- Welcome guests at the door, assist with luggage, and offer friendly first impressions.
- Guide arrivals through our property and explain room features or hotel amenities.
