What You’ll Be Doing
- Chefs & Commis Chefs:
- Whip up delicious dishes for our guests, keeping up with high standards and creative flair
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, prep, and presentation
- Maintain a spotless, organized work area (because we know the best food starts with a clean kitchen)
- Baristas:
- Prepare specialty coffees and beverages with a smile
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and delivering top-notch customer service
- Keep the coffee bar tidy and well-stocked
- Bartenders:
- Mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced, lively setting
- Suggest signature cocktails and interact with guests from around the world
- Ensure the bar area meets all hygiene and safety standards
- Bellboys:
- Greet guests at the entrance, assist with luggage, and provide a warm first impression
- Offer directions and support around the hotel
- Coordinate with reception for smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Room Attendants:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to our exacting standards
- Replenish amenities and ensure every detail is just right
- Respond promptly to guest requests or special needs
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (ready to start ASAP)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service — every time
- Basic English communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience (for any position)
- Familiarity with international cuisines (for Chefs/Commis Chefs)
- Barista or bartending experience and beverage knowledge
- Multilingual abilities — always a plus in our international setting
