About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the friendly face making someone’s day when they check into a stunning Dubai Marina hotel, or the chef who creates a meal guests will rave about for years? Here’s your chance to find out. We’re urgently looking for passionate team members — from Chefs and Waiters/Waitresses to Kitchen Helpers and Bellboys — to join our crew in one of Dubai Marina’s most respected hotels. If you take pride in great service and want a role where every day offers something new, we’d love to meet you.

About the Company

Tucked amidst the sights and sounds of Dubai Marina, our hotel is a longstanding favorite for travelers and locals alike. Here, hospitality is more than just a job — it’s woven into our story, from welcoming returning guests by name to celebrating birthdays in the staff lounge (yes, cake is involved). We’re a close-knit team who believe in working hard, supporting each other, and making a real difference in every guest’s experience. Growth is always on the menu — whether you’re picking up new culinary techniques or mastering the art of first impressions at the lobby.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Chefs: Preparing delicious meals with precision and flair, experimenting with new dishes, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Waiters/Waitresses: Greeting guests with genuine warmth, suggesting menu favorites, and ensuring every table leaves happier than they arrived.
  • Kitchen Helpers: Assisting chefs with prep work, maintaining cleanliness and order, and stepping up wherever you’re needed most.
  • Bellboys: Offering a friendly hand with luggage, guiding guests throughout the hotel, and being the first smile they see upon arrival.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to maintain our high standards of service.
  • Jumping in to solve problems and create memorable moments — whether big or small.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a relevant hospitality or service role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
  • A helpful attitude, flexibility, and genuine passion for working with people.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of Arabic or any additional language.
  • Prior experience in Dubai or UAE hospitality.
  • A knack for turning even a tough day into a positive guest experience.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Free accommodation — your own home away from home in Dubai Marina.
  • Complimentary meals on shift, so you’re always fueled for service.
  • Competitive salary packages (AED1500–AED4000, depending on role and experience).
  • Opportunities for training and career growth within a respected, established hotel.
  • Supportive team culture where your contributions are noticed and appreciated.
  • Enjoy Dubai’s vibrant waterfront community right outside your door.
  • Employee recognition programs, team gatherings, and clear opportunities to move up.

At our hotel, you’re not just a number — you’re part of our story. If you’re ready to bring your energy, warmth, and experience to a team that truly values great hospitality, we hope you’ll consider making our hotel your next home.
