What You’ll Be Doing
- Chefs: Preparing delicious meals with precision and flair, experimenting with new dishes, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
- Waiters/Waitresses: Greeting guests with genuine warmth, suggesting menu favorites, and ensuring every table leaves happier than they arrived.
- Kitchen Helpers: Assisting chefs with prep work, maintaining cleanliness and order, and stepping up wherever you’re needed most.
- Bellboys: Offering a friendly hand with luggage, guiding guests throughout the hotel, and being the first smile they see upon arrival.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to maintain our high standards of service.
- Jumping in to solve problems and create memorable moments — whether big or small.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in a relevant hospitality or service role.
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
- A helpful attitude, flexibility, and genuine passion for working with people.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of Arabic or any additional language.
- Prior experience in Dubai or UAE hospitality.
- A knack for turning even a tough day into a positive guest experience.
