What You’ll Be Doing
Chefs
- Craft flavorful dishes that showcase international and local cuisine.
- Collaborate with kitchen teammates to deliver smooth, timely service—even during the busiest dinner rushes.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in every detail, from prep to plating.
Waiters/Waitresses
- Welcome guests warmly, introducing them to our daily specials and menu highlights.
- Ensure each guest’s dining experience is seamless—anticipating needs, answering questions, and handling requests with a smile.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front desk teams to keep service running like clockwork.
Kitchen Helpers
- Support chefs with prep work: chopping, organizing ingredients, and maintaining a tidy kitchen.
- Take the lead on cleaning duties, ensuring every pot, pan, and plate sparkles.
- Jump in wherever needed—kitchen life is all about teamwork!
Bellboys
- Greet every guest with authentic hospitality, assisting with luggage and providing directions.
- Help guests settle in and offer tips on must-see local attractions—sometimes, you’re the first friend they make in Dubai.
- Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role (even a few months can make a difference).
- Friendly attitude and strong communication skills—English is key; more languages are a plus.
