What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, here’s just a taste of what you could be contributing:
- Head Chef: Lead a diverse kitchen brigade, develop new menu items, ensure immaculate food quality, and inspire creativity in every dish.
- Kitchen Helper: Support the kitchen team with prep, organization, and maintaining cleanliness—your energy keeps the whole operation running smoothly.
- Waiter/Waitress: Deliver attentive service, offer menu recommendations to guests, and create memorable dining experiences with a genuine smile.
- Room Attendant: Make every guest’s stay special by keeping rooms spotless, restocking amenities, and noticing the little things guests appreciate most.
- Bell Boy: Welcome guests at the door, assist with luggage, and provide information about the hotel and the local area—first impressions are your forte.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves
- Currently residing inside the UAE
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (even a little goes a long way!)
- A collaborative spirit—you know when to take initiative, and when to ask for help
- Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays
- Good English communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Additional languages are a plus in our international setting
- Experience with luxury or 5-star hotels
- For Head Chef: proven experience leading a kitchen team and designing menus
- For Waitstaff: outgoing personality and a knack for upselling
- For Room Attendant/Bell Boy: attention to detail and local knowledge of Dubai
