What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring for several important roles — here’s a taste of what you can expect:
Head Chef:
• Lead our culinary team, design new menus, and ensure every dish delights
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, maintaining the highest food safety standards
• Collaborate with management on seasonal specials and kitchen operationsKitchen Helper:
• Support the chefs with ingredient prep and workstation maintenance
• Assist in keeping the kitchen spotless and well-organized
• Help with receiving and storing fresh suppliesWaiter / Waitress:
• Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests (with a genuine smile!)
• Communicate specials, take orders, and keep an eye out for extra touches that surprise diners
• Pitch in as needed — around here, we believe in helping each other outHousekeeping:
• Keep guest rooms pristine, from crisp linens to sparkling bathrooms
• Work efficiently with attention to the smallest details
• Respond to guest requests and make everyone feel at homeDishwasher:
• Operate cleaning equipment to keep kitchenware spotless and ready
• Support kitchen staff by managing waste and maintaining hygiene standards
• Jump in wherever an extra set of hands is needed
