What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations, from tracking leave requests to onboarding new hires with a smile
- Assisting in the preparation, updating, and maintenance of employee records—accuracy matters here
- Coordinating interviews and scheduling appointments (smooth calendars are happy calendars!)
- Responding to queries from employees about policies, benefits, or procedures in a way that feels helpful, not bureaucratic
- Ensuring HR documentation complies with UAE labor laws (we’ll help you get to know the details)
- Assisting with payroll processing and HR reports—numbers don’t scare you
- Jumping in to help organize team events, training sessions, or those all-important birthday surprises
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of basic HR processes and the UAE labor laws (or eagerness to master them quickly)
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain things clearly and listen as well as you speak
- Strong organizational abilities; keeping things orderly comes naturally
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role
