What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting day-to-day HR operations, from tracking leave requests to onboarding new hires with a smile
  • Assisting in the preparation, updating, and maintenance of employee records—accuracy matters here
  • Coordinating interviews and scheduling appointments (smooth calendars are happy calendars!)
  • Responding to queries from employees about policies, benefits, or procedures in a way that feels helpful, not bureaucratic
  • Ensuring HR documentation complies with UAE labor laws (we’ll help you get to know the details)
  • Assisting with payroll processing and HR reports—numbers don’t scare you
  • Jumping in to help organize team events, training sessions, or those all-important birthday surprises

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of basic HR processes and the UAE labor laws (or eagerness to master them quickly)
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain things clearly and listen as well as you speak
  • Strong organizational abilities; keeping things orderly comes naturally
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role
