  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Familiarity with current trends in IT such as AI, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity
    • Experience designing course materials or digital learning content
    • Multilingual skills (English is essential; Arabic is a strong asset)

  • Have you created digital learning content or online course materials before? If so, which tools or platforms did you use, and what did you learn from that experience?
  • Describe a challenging classroom situation you encountered—perhaps a disengaged student or a group project gone awry. How did you handle it?
  • Collaboration is central to our teaching culture. Can you tell us about a time you worked closely with peers or co-instructors to enhance a training program?
  • What motivates you to keep learning in the IT field, and in what ways do you pursue your own professional development?
  • How would you create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere that encourages participation and curiosity among students?
  • Our team is known for lively brainstorming sessions and open sharing of ideas. How do you contribute to a collaborative environment in a professional setting?
  • Given the diversity of Dubai, how do you adapt your teaching approach to accommodate students from different linguistic or cultural backgrounds?
  • What do you find most rewarding about teaching technology, and how do you celebrate your students’ achievements?
  • If you could introduce one innovative element to our current curriculum, what would it be and why?
