What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented in-house IT crew—helping each team member grow alongside the organization
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of our Odoo ERP system: implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing innovation
- Acting as the bridge between medical staff, technical teams, and leadership to ensure smooth digital workflows
- Identifying process bottlenecks and proposing intelligent automation or system tweaks that drive measurable improvement
- Collaborating with external vendors when needed, and managing relationships to ensure service excellence
- Monitoring IT security, data privacy, and business continuity with an eagle-eyed focus
- Making time to educate non-technical staff—demystifying Odoo, one training session at a time
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Solid, hands-on Odoo ERP expertise (implementation, customization, day-to-day management)
- Proven track record as an IT Manager in a multi-site environment
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability: quick on your feet, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Currently based in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves
