What You’ll Be Doing
- Physically counting IT and office assets throughout our premises, sometimes moving between departments in a single afternoon
- Applying barcodes to new and existing equipment, ensuring everything’s tagged and trackable
- Entering asset details meticulously into Excel — you’ll be the one helping us trust our data
- Double-checking for accuracy, flagging up any discrepancies you find, and resolving mismatches
- Maintaining an organized digital record so reporting and auditing are painless down the line
- Working independently but communicating regularly with the team to provide updates on progress
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- A degree in IT or a closely related field (recent graduates welcome!)
- Prior hands-on experience with asset management or inventory tracking
- Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, v-lookups, and data validation aren’t just buzzwords to you
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach — you catch small errors others might miss
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- UAE residency (especially Free Zone residents) is highly preferred
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience using barcode scanning or inventory management software
