What You’ll Be Doing

  • Resolving technical issues for staff onsite — from desktops that won’t start to software that suddenly refuses to cooperate.
  • Handling both hardware and software troubleshooting, whether it’s a stubborn printer or a glitchy email client.
  • Managing and installing new IT equipment: laptops, phones, printers, and the occasional very-loud network switch.
  • Keeping our systems up to date — managing necessary software updates, patches, and basic cyber safety checks.
  • Maintaining wired and wireless networks, working with colleagues to ensure everyone stays connected.
  • Supporting daily IT operations by monitoring system health and responding quickly to helpdesk tickets.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors when specialized repairs or solutions are needed.
  • Documenting solutions and updating our internal knowledge base so the team benefits from every “aha!” moment.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance roles — you know your way around both hardware and common business software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for explaining technical things in plain language.
  • Comfort with installing, upgrading, and configuring a range of IT equipment.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting (basic LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches, etc.).
  • Currently based in the UAE and ready to start as soon as possible.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Any relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
  • A sense of humor — it comes in handy more often than you’d think.
