What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (sometimes with a smile at 9 AM, sometimes at 4 PM after coffee)
- Providing prompt, friendly technical support to colleagues both in person and remotely
- Maintaining, updating, and patching desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment
- Assisting with system upgrades, migrations, and user onboarding — ensuring everyone’s tech just works, right from day one
- Monitoring system backups, network uptime, and security protocols to spot and fix problems before they escalate
- Documenting IT processes, fixes, and procedures in a way that makes sense for techies and non-techies alike
- Supporting periodic audits and assisting with asset management — yes, sometimes that means tracking down a missing monitor
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking basics, and common enterprise software tools
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) — clarity helps when explaining complex issues!
- Genuine patience, a willingness to lend a hand, and the ability to stay positive under pressure
- UAE residency and current location within the UAE — immediate availability is a bonus
