About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever found yourself troubleshooting a tech issue for a friend and thought, “I could do this for a living”? Or maybe you’re already the go-to person whenever the WiFi acts up or a printer stubbornly blinks red. As our next IT Technician or Specialist, you’ll keep the wheels turning for our busy Dubai office on Etihad Road—ensuring that system hiccups never stand in the way of our growth. About the Company
We’re a tight-knit team with big ambitions, navigating exciting projects (and the occasional software curveball) in a company that believes technology should empower, not frustrate. At our office, quick brainstorming sessions turn into action plans—no endless back-and-forths here. Friday mornings sometimes mean a team breakfast before we dive into new upgrades or rollouts. We pride ourselves on being practical, supportive, and a place where you can see your work making a difference fast.

- Documenting solutions and updating user guides, so the next person doesn’t have to reinvent the wheel.
- Assisting with onboarding new team members—making sure their tech setup is seamless from day one.
- Occasionally collaborating on bigger IT projects, such as system upgrades or network improvements.
