About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what it takes to keep the heart of a restaurant running smoothly? Whether you thrive behind the scenes as a kitchen helper or have the creative spark (and skill) of a chef, this opportunity in the vibrant Sharaf DG area of Dubai might just be your next step. We’re building a dynamic restaurant team, looking for folks who care about good food, good company, and getting the details right — with some great perks to sweeten the deal.
About the Restaurant
We’re a fast-growing spot in Dubai, determined to make ‘great food, good people’ more than just a slogan. Our kitchen’s the backdrop for teamwork, laughter, and maybe the occasional friendly debate about the best seasoning. Walk through our doors and you’ll find a crew that mixes hard work with plenty of camaraderie — after service, you might catch us sharing a meal or swapping recipes. If you like hands-on learning and believe everyone has something to teach (and learn), you’ll feel right at home with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Kitchen Helper
- Assist chefs with food prep, from chopping vegetables to plating up orders.
- Keep the kitchen organized and clean, ensuring everything’s where it should be.
- Help manage stock and storage — you’ll become the go-to for “where’s that ingredient?”
- Wash dishes and utensils… because everyone pitches in here.
- Be ready to lend a hand, even outside your comfort zone — restaurants are a team sport!
- Chef
- Prepare and cook signature dishes to the highest standards (your creativity is welcome).
- Oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts, keeping things efficient and upbeat.
- Train and guide kitchen staff on food safety, portioning, and presentation.
- Contribute ideas for specials or new dishes — we love fresh thinking!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- You’re currently inside the UAE and ready to work in Dubai.
- Experience in a restaurant kitchen (even a little goes a long way).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player mentality — you don’t mind chipping in wherever needed.
- Basic English skills to communicate with teammates.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in Dubai’s hospitality scene (bonus points!).
- Knowledge of safe food handling.
- A passion for learning new kitchen skills or experimenting with recipes.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Visa sponsorship so you can focus on the job, not the paperwork.
- Free daily meals — yes, the food really is that good.
- Comfortable accommodation plus transportation provided, saving your time and money.
- Fair salary (AED 3500–4000 depending on experience).
- A team that invests in each other’s growth, from day-one training to on-the-job learning.
- All nationalities welcome — diversity makes our food (and our team) better.
- Genuine appreciation for hard work; we believe every role is essential.
We’re not the biggest restaurant in Dubai, but we might just be the friendliest — and we’re looking for people who want to help us grow, one plate at a time.
