About the Company
We’re a close-knit contracting firm based in the heart of Dubai’s thriving Al Nahda district—where energy and creativity meet. Our team is small enough that every voice matters, but experienced enough to command trust on some of Dubai’s most exciting landscaping and infrastructure projects. Here, you won’t get lost in the shuffle: weekly site walkthroughs together, hands-on mentorship, and—yes—our team group chat is seriously lively (Fridays included). What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the daily execution of landscape and garden projects, from initial site prep through to the finishing touches
- Review plans and recommend improvements to ensure stunning aesthetics and practical function
- Supervise and guide on-site teams, keeping both workflows and spirits high
- Liaise regularly with clients, contractors, and suppliers to make sure everyone’s on the same green page
- Conduct on-site inspections to guarantee all phases meet our (and your!) quality standards
- Track project progress, flagging any hiccups and championing solutions along the way
- Maintain clear, accurate project records and site reports—organization is key!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Practical experience in landscape engineering, garden design, or similar field
- Hands-on skills in both planning and implementing landscape projects
- Ability to supervise site staff and collaborate across teams
- Strong communication and organizational chops—you keep projects (and people) moving forward
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dubai’s landscaping standards, plant species, and local suppliers
- Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- UAE driving license
