What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily shipment schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Tracking cargo movements and keeping everyone—suppliers, customers, drivers—in the loop
- Communicating proactively with drivers and suppliers to resolve issues as they pop up
- Handling essential logistics documentation like invoices, bills of lading, and customs papers
- Ensuring compliance with local and international shipping regulations
- Maintaining up-to-date records in the company’s logistics system
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly, from troubleshooting delivery hiccups to optimizing routes
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role
