What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery — ensuring everything flows seamlessly
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, keeping a close eye on timelines and potential obstacles
- Manage relationships with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams, acting as the go-to person for all things logistics
- Monitor warehouse operations, inventory levels, and stock movement to avoid bottlenecks and shortages
- Analyze current logistics processes and suggest improvements for speed, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
- Resolve delivery issues quickly — whether it’s a missed shipment or a customs snag — with practical solutions
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards across logistics operations
- Keep detailed records of logistics activities, tracking KPIs and reporting regularly to senior management
