What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting routine inspection and maintenance for various facilities and equipment across Dubai and the UAE.
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues (no two days will look quite the same).
- Supervising small teams or contractors during bigger repairs or installations.
- Responding to maintenance requests—sometimes at a moment’s notice—and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for parts and materials when needed.
- Keeping clear, organized records of all maintenance work completed.
- Driving to different project sites—sometimes within Dubai, sometimes further afield—so flexibility is key.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong hands-on skills across multiple technical trades (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
- Valid UAE driver’s license and a confident, safe driving record.
- Fluency in English, plus either Filipino or Hindi.
- Current residence in the UAE, ideally near Jebel Ali.
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset—someone who spots issues before they become problems.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a supervisor or team lead role.
- Familiarity with maintenance work in commercial or residential settings in the UAE.
- Basic computer literacy for managing logs or reports.
