About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes to keep a busy medical clinic running like a well-oiled machine? As our new Medical Branch Manager in Dubai Healthcare City, you’ll be at the center of it all — not just overseeing daily operations, but shaping the patient experience and helping our team deliver exceptional care every single day. If you’re looking for a role where you’re trusted to make things happen (and where every day is a little different), this might be your next chapter.

About the Company

We’re a long-standing pillar in Dubai’s healthcare community, with a reputation for both innovation and patient-first care. Our team thrives on collaboration, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other — think daily huddles with coffee in hand, honest conversations about what’s working (and what isn’t), and a genuine desire to see every staff member and patient succeed. We believe in staying ahead of the curve, whether it’s adopting the latest medical technologies or celebrating staff birthdays with surprise cupcakes (yes, it’s a thing).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the clinic’s day-to-day operations — from the moment the doors open until the last patient leaves
  • Motivating, guiding, and coaching a diverse team of medical and non-medical staff
  • Engaging with patients, listening closely, and resolving queries to ensure everyone walks out happier than when they arrived
  • Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitoring clinic performance, maintaining key metrics, and producing timely, clear reports for leadership
  • Ensuring all activities meet Dubai healthcare regulations and compliance standards — no detail is too small
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and championing changes that benefit patients and staff alike
  • Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and smooth workflows so that nothing falls through the cracks

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • You’re currently residing in the UAE (it’s a non-negotiable for this role)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience running clinic or medical facility operations — you know the drill
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; you’re approachable, but you can make decisions when needed
  • Detailed knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices in the UAE
  • Excellent communication skills — you’re comfortable talking with patients, staff, and top management alike

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in Dubai Healthcare City or similar prominent healthcare hubs
  • Professional certifications in healthcare management or administration
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data-driven reporting

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month
  • Company-provided visa
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage
  • Free accommodation and transportation — your essentials, covered
  • A supportive team culture that values your ideas and input
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career inside a respected medical facility
  • Located in the heart of Dubai Healthcare City, with access to the latest industry innovations

We’re genuinely committed to building a workplace where you can thrive, not just clock in and out. If you’re ready to take the next step and help shape the future of patient care in Dubai, let’s connect.
