What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the clinic’s day-to-day operations — from the moment the doors open until the last patient leaves
- Motivating, guiding, and coaching a diverse team of medical and non-medical staff
- Engaging with patients, listening closely, and resolving queries to ensure everyone walks out happier than when they arrived
- Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitoring clinic performance, maintaining key metrics, and producing timely, clear reports for leadership
- Ensuring all activities meet Dubai healthcare regulations and compliance standards — no detail is too small
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and championing changes that benefit patients and staff alike
- Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and smooth workflows so that nothing falls through the cracks
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- You’re currently residing in the UAE (it’s a non-negotiable for this role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience running clinic or medical facility operations — you know the drill
- Strong leadership and people management skills; you’re approachable, but you can make decisions when needed
- Detailed knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills — you’re comfortable talking with patients, staff, and top management alike
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in Dubai Healthcare City or similar prominent healthcare hubs
- Professional certifications in healthcare management or administration
